I'm always up for a good burger, and Bin 4 came up a few times, so I wandered uptown to find it. I sat on the patio on a perfect evening, and settled in for a big, juicy, gourmet burger as promised by the website.

Complementary House Potato Chips - salt and pepper, nice little snack while contemplating the extensive burger list.

Goat Cheese Bruschetta - lovely and fresh, drizzled with balsamic reduction and deep fried goat cheese on top. The cheese added a great rich note to the bite. Toast had a bit too much salt on it, overpowered the flavors, had to scrape it off.

Deep Fried Pickles - panko and blackening spice. They were crispy, but could use a bit more binder for the panko, fell off on the first bite and had to hold it together to dip. Weren't the best pickles I've had, but were tasty.

Wild Mushroom Burger - wild mushrooms done in garlic, cream and truffle oil, with truffle aioli, parmigiano and tomato. VERY mushroomy, went so well with the truffle and garlic. Burger was a bit overdone, overall a bit dry, could have used more aioli to balance that out.
